Restorative Pilates
Unwind and reset at the start of your week with this gentle Monday evening Restorative Pilates class. Slow and deeply supportive, the session is designed to calm the nervous system and release tension through mindful movement, breathing, and long, nourishing stretches.
Using props to fully support the body, the class invites you to soften, rest, and restore while quietly improving mobility, posture, and body awareness. Suitable for all levels, this is a nurturing space to let go of the day, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.
